DASK Entertainment, Inc., (DASK) the company that known for its professional media outlet as a publicist, promoter and event planner has added another level of service! DASK is officially an Independent Record Label with worldwide distribution!! The small New York based company, whose mission and goal is to assist independent music artists achieve stardom, has branched out into a full musical outlet.

DASK Entertainment, Inc. has worked tirelessly to become a platform for the independent artist sector of the music industry. Ms. Shelley Lopez, President & CEO of DASK, says "there is such a large gap between mainstream artists and independent artists. Seeing this gap is frustrating to watch as there are far too many talented artists going unheard. DASK was created to give their talent (and voice) a hand to bridge that gap." DASK has played a key role of publicist, promoter, artist development and events planner. Now being able to distribute music will make DASK a "one-stop" avenue for independent artists. Although DASK's expertise is in the reggae/dancehall sector, DASK is looking forward to introducing the company to other genres.

DASK is happy to be a solution to providing music and ring tones (and soon videos) through over 115 global retail partners (more partners to be added)!! By opening up the digital distribution market to independent artists, DASK will be in the forefront of giving independent artists' access to advancing into the mainstream of the music industry while the artists' gain income from around the world! Most independent music artists will tell anyone that finding distribution is one of the hardest aspects of being an artist.

Once an artist has gotten their musical album ready, there seems to be a barrier in how to get the album into stores and market the music to digital outlets. Although most artists are able to get the album into digital distribution outlets such as iTunes, Amazon and CD Baby, that is only a small part of the digital distribution median. DASK is proud to now offer artists a variety of services, including distribution, needed to gain maximum exposure.
